What we measure, and how.

Every method is written down with instrument, column, wavelength and acceptance criteria. No black boxes. You see the same parameters we use.

T-012–4 days

Purity

Reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection. Area-percent purity of the main peak, plus every impurity above 0.1%.

Identity

LC-MS/MS confirms the compound is what the label says. Observed mass versus theoretical, with fragmentation where needed.

Content per vial

How many milligrams are actually in the vial, measured against a reference standard rather than assumed from the label.

Endotoxin

Kinetic chromogenic LAL test for bacterial endotoxins, reported in endotoxin units per vial and per milligram.

Process

From sealed vial to public record.

The report number is assigned before the sample is opened. The PDF is fingerprinted before it leaves the lab. Nothing in between can be edited without the fingerprint changing.

STEP 1

Intake

The sample arrives sealed. It is photographed, weighed and logged. A report number is issued on the spot and the sample is stored at −20 °C.

→ ARC-2026-0000 assigned
STEP 2

Preparation

Reconstitution in the documented diluent, gravimetric dilution to the working concentration, reference standard prepared in parallel.

→ traceable balance, logged
STEP 3

Analysis

The run goes on the instrument with system-suitability standards before and after. If suitability fails, the run is repeated, never patched.

→ raw data archived
STEP 4

Report & fingerprint

The signed PDF is hashed with SHA-256. Report number, result and fingerprint are published to this site. Anyone holding the PDF can check it matches.

→ verifiable below
Verification

Verify an existing CoA.

Printed on the first page of every report.

Drop the report PDF here
We compute its SHA-256 in your browser and match it against the record. The file is not uploaded.

About

What Arc Analytical is, and is not.

An independent analytical laboratory. We test; we do not sell. No vendor owns a share, no vendor gets a discount for volume, and no report is edited after it is signed.

What do you test?

Purity by RP-HPLC, identity by LC-MS, content per vial, bacterial endotoxin (LAL), sterility (USP <71>), water content (Karl Fischer) and heavy metals (ICP-MS) for research peptides and related compounds.

How do I verify a report?

Enter the report number above, or drop the PDF. Its SHA-256 fingerprint is computed in your browser and matched against our public record. An altered or forged PDF does not match. Older revisions and withdrawn reports are shown as such, never as "not found".

Do you sell peptides?

No. We test samples submitted by clients and publish the results. We have no commercial relationship with any vendor.

What is the turnaround time?

Typically 5–7 business days from receipt. Sterility testing needs 14 days of incubation.

Are client names published?

Only when the client asks for it. By default a report is listed as anonymous; the sample, result and fingerprint are always public.

How do I submit a sample?

Email us for a submission form and shipping address. One sealed vial per test panel. Report numbers are issued at intake, before the vial is opened.
